Linchpin Book Club

If you are a camp professional or director and you haven't joined the Linchpin Book Club, you are missing out.

Jenn Selke has started a book club based off of Seth Godin's latest book "Linchpin: Are You Indispensable?"  The discussion for week one was great and I'm sure it's only going to go up here from now.

My favorite quote so far has been "The indispensable employee brings humanity and connection and art to her organization."
